B2342 - Switch Failure
DESCRIPTION
This DTC is output when the sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly) detects that the sliding roof switch is stuck for 30 seconds or
more.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTICE:
* Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.
* When the sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly) is replaced or removed and reinstalled, it requires
initialization See: Body and Frame/Roof and Associated Components/Sunroof / Moonroof/Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Initialization.
PROCEDURE
1. READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (SLIDING ROOF SWITCH)
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the engine switch on (IG).
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Sliding Roof / Data List.
(e) Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.
