C1612 - IG Voltage is Low or High
DESCRIPTION
This DTC is stored if the parking assist ECU judges as a result of its self check that the voltage received by terminal IG is low or high.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTICE:
- When "System initializing" is displayed on the multi-display after the battery terminal disconnected, correct the steering angle
neutral point See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Collision Avoidance and Parking Assist Systems/Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Parking Assist Monitor System/Initialization.
- Depending on the parts that are replaced or operations that are performed during vehicle inspection or maintenance,
calibration of other systems as well as the parking assist monitor system may be needed See: Accessories and Optional
Equipment/Collision Avoidance and Parking Assist Systems/Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Parking
Assist Monitor System/Calibration.
PROCEDURE
1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT
(a) Clear the DTCs See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Collision Avoidance and Parking Assist Systems/Testing and
Inspection/Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes/Parking Assist Monitor System.
(b) Check for DTCs See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Collision Avoidance and Parking Assist Systems/Testing and
Inspection/Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes/Parking Assist Monitor System.
Result:
HINT
If the parking assist ECU cannot read the stored information when it is activated, allowing the ECU to store the information again
may return the system to normal.

2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (PARKING ASSIST ECU IG VOLTAGE)
(a) Disconnect the F54 connector from the parking assist ECU.
