OK -- REPLACE POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU
22. CHECK FOR SHORT IN CAN NO. 2 BUS WIRE (CAN J/C NO. 3)
(a) Reconnect the power management control ECU connector.
(b) Disconnect the CAN No. 3 junction connector.
