B2036 - Power Supply Relay Malfunction Open
DESCRIPTION
If the seat belt control ECU judges that there is a malfunction in its internal circuit as a result of self-diagnosis, or if the power source voltage (+B) is
not input to the seat belt control ECU, this DTC will be stored.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTICE:
Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.
PROCEDURE
1. INSPECT SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU (+B TERMINAL VOLTAGE)
(a) Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
(b) Disconnect the seat belt control ECU connector.
(c) Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
