(a) Replace the radio receiver assembly with a known good one and check if the same problem occurs again.
(1) Clear the DTCs See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc/Testing and Inspection/Reading and
Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes/Audio and Visual System (w/o Navigation System).
(2) Recheck for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.
OK:
Malfunction disappears.
NG -- REPLACE SATELLITE RADIO ANTENNA See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Antenna/Antenna
Amplifier/Service and Repair/Removal
OK -- END

PROCEDURE
1. CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION
(a) Check that the satellite radio antenna cord is securely connected to the radio receiver assembly connector.
OK:
The cord is securely connected.
NG -- RECONNECT CONNECTOR CORRECTLY
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK ANTENNA CORD
(a) Disconnect the satellite radio antenna and radio receiver assembly connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
