(a) Disconnect the F58 connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

3. REPLACE STEERING LOCK ECU (STEERING LOCK ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY)
(a) Replace the steering lock ECU (steering lock actuator assembly) See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Service
and Repair/Overhaul/Disassembly.

4. CHECK DTC OUTPUT
(a) Clear the DTC See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Information Bus/Testing and Inspection/Reading and
Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
(b) Recheck for DTCs.
