(b) Connect the connectors to the rear seat side airbag assembly RH and the center airbag sensor assembly.
(c) Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
(d) Turn the engine switch on (IG), and wait for at least 60 seconds.
(e) Clear the DTCs stored in the memory See: Restraints and Safety Systems/Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Reading and
Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes/DTC Check / Clear.
(f) Turn the engine switch off.
(g) Turn the engine switch on (IG), and wait for at least 60 seconds.
(h) Check for DTCs See: Restraints and Safety Systems/Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Reading and Clearing Diagnostic
Trouble Codes/DTC Check / Clear.
OK:
DTC B1850, B1851, B1852, B1853 or 62 is not output.

B1858/63 - Short to B+ in Rear Side Squib LH Circuit
DESCRIPTION
The rear side squib LH circuit consists of the center airbag sensor assembly and rear seat side airbag assembly LH.
The circuit instructs the SRS to deploy when deployment conditions are met.
These DTCs are stored when a malfunction is detected in the rear side squib LH circuit.
