(b) Disconnect the G26 BUB (Back-Up Battery) connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

OK -- Continue to next step.
3. REPLACE BUB (BACK-UP BATTERY)
(a) Replace the BUB (Back-Up Battery) with a normal one and check if the same problem occurs again See: Accessories and Optional
Equipment/Emergency Battery/Service and Repair/Removal.
NOTICE:
The BUB (Back-Up Battery) must not be replaced while an ACN call is in progress.
NEXT -- Continue to next step.
4. CLEAR DTC
(a) Clear the DTC See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Emergency Contact Module/Testing and Inspection/Reading and Clearing
Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
NEXT -- Continue to next step.
5. RECHECK DTC
(a) Recheck for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Emergency Contact
Module/Testing and Inspection/Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
OK:
No DTC is output.
NG -- REPLACE DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER)
